I didn’t check them all out or take other pics though. There are many other characters that end up with flesh tone noses and/or ears while the rest of their skin is blue. Now she looks like some sort of freakish Animal Crossing glitch or something. It's like some forbidden creepypasta or something.Īs if she wasn’t creepy before. In some lighting and poses her eyes look more red, especially during the cutscene where she gives Link the fairy ocarina. I changed the tunic color to white and now he looks like Smurfette’s long lost twin brother. But unfortunately the Wind Waker textures weren't applied to all of the graphics for some reason. I believe this is a texture compression issue. I think blue Link has been shown before elsewhere so it’s nothing new.
So I searched for some answers and found a suggestion for compressing textures. I had some trouble getting all the Wind Waker textures to load. This is mostly just a cut and past of the Tumblr entry with some updated text. But for some reason the texture pack fail entry never made it here.
